Aaron Wilson
TEAM CEO
Most of Aaron Wilson’s childhood was spent in Denver Colorado and various locations around the world. He voluntarily devoted 20 years to the United States Air Force while being a part of the Search and Rescue community. Aaron has also spent the vast majority of his career forming and building teams. By using Team Integrity, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. They also understand that staying on top of technology and the latest trends bring value to the customer.
Chase Delperdang
DIRECTOR OF GROWTH
Chase is a San Diego native and 3rd generation real estate businessman. He has lived in Tucson for over two decades and is happily married to his wife Jennie with 3 children. For 15 years, he has been a pastor/speaker - working with students, and leading/growing established churches. Most recently he served as the CEO/Team Leader for Keller Williams Southern Arizona. His main passion is leading trips to Mexico to build houses for families living in poverty through 1Mission where he is a board member. As the Director of Growth Chase will assist our agents in production, systems and world class service that our clients deserve.

Kristin is a S. California native that most recently
moved to Tucson from the Shreveport/Bossier City
area of Louisiana. She was a Realtor with Keller
Williams in NWLA. When her husband transferred
from Barksdale AFB to Davis-Monthan AFB in the Fall
of 2018, she reached out to Team Integrity to assist
her family in the purchase of their home in Tucson.
She enjoyed working with the team so much, she
decided to join them as a Buyer’s Specialist. As a new
Tucsonan, she enjoys taking in local attractions and
special events with her Husband and her Daughter. At
home time is spent doing projects around the house
and loving on her 13 year old furry kid, a Puggle
named Addison Grace.
She has a special place in her heart for Military buyers as well as 1 st time home buyers. As

She has over ten years of customer service experience in varies industries and believes in providing her clients with all the necessary information so that they can make informed decisions. Shenalyn has been married to her husband, Austin, since 2006. They have three active children together, Tristan, Halea, and Lil’ Austin. Together they enjoy family vacations to places like Hawaii, California, Colorado, and Florida. When she has spare time, you can find her staying active outside, in the gym, or on the mats practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with her husband & youngest son.
