There is more to a Real Estate professional than just helping you buy properties. Our company has been in the business for over 33 years. We started out small in Wasilla, Alaska with the goal of providing the Wasilla area with its own professional real estate agency. Since then, we have grown through the years and have expanded our operations in various US states too.
We provide variety. We offer a broad spectrum of real estate options available in all our locations. Our list of properties includes family homes, apartments, commercial areas, condominiums and raw lands. Our property listings are top-of-the-line, yet we cater to everyone—from all walks of life—who needs good real estate properties to start their business or rear their family. We make sure that we can match our clients with the right real estate property that they desire.
We are led by a good leader. On the helm of the company is our founder, Kristan Cole, who is considered as one of the top real estate brokers in the country. She has won different achievements such as the Realtor of the Year (1996) awarded by the Valley Board of Realtors. She is also the recipient of the Best Real Estate Agent Frontiersman Reader’s Choice Award from 2004 to 2006.
We are all seasoned experts. Behind each agent person is a great team. The company is also supported by a team of experts who know the ins and outs of the real estate market in areas where they serve. The team behind Kristan Cole are highly trained real estate agents who have been molded and forged in the industry for years and years. We believe that Experience Matters and it has helped us get relevant insider information so we can match the best real estate properties according to the demands and needs of our clients.
We embrace growth. We understand that the real estate market scene 20 years ago is different from what we have now. To meet the demands of our clients, our company has expanded over the years and we are now currently providing professional real estate service in several locations across the entire United States. Moreover, we are constantly seeking ways on how to improve our services rendered to our clients.
At Lifestyle Homes Worldwide, we don’t strive to be better. We strive to be the best!
