Ajeenah R. Hayes was born and raised in Arkansas. She has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Arkansas and pursued her MBA in Management. Ajeenah started her sales career at IBM as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, she worked with various types of people which allowed her to hone in on understanding the needs of her clients. She also has many years with Coca Cola Refreshment in outside Sales. Her experience throughout the years has allowed her the opportunity to provide the best analysis of the market.
Her passion for people allow her the ability to give her customers the best possible service while also understanding family lifestyles. People want to do business with someone who will put their interests first. Her core values are trust, character and integrity. She will always do the right and ethical thing even if no one knows about it. She is very honest and will tell you the right thing no matter the circumstances. Her superior knowledge of the local markets make her a single point of contact for your home buying needs. When Ajeenah is not working with buyers and sellers to find their next dream home you can find her with her family enjoying outdoor activities such as running and working out at the gym. Ajeenah has also earned the designation for Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Negotiation Expert and is a Preferred Real Estate professional with the Texas Veterans Land Board.
